Orders for in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours (subject to change during periods of high volume). You will receive an email order confirmation when your order is placed and an email shipping confirmation, with tracking number, at the time we ship your order. If you employ a spam filter on your email program, be sure to add: info@naturreiner.com to your address book to ensure receipt of confirmation emails.

Orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex. Please note: Fedex does not ship to PO boxes. Yes, we ship Internationally! Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and reflected in your shopping cart.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Charges will appear on your credit card under the name of our parent company, "NeuHaus Group LLC". We do not accept personal checks or cash. Orders sent to us with payment other than Visa, MasterCard, or American Express will not be processed. All prices are in U.S. dollars.


We will gladly accept returns or exchanges (unless otherwise noted). Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order. Contact us for a return authorization (RA) number and return with the unused portion of your product. Be sure to ship your return prepaid via a traceable method. Please note: We must have your RA number! Failure to include will delay processing your return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
